Photovoltaic (PV) solar generator also called as solar module/ array that convert free sunlight into electricity in an environmental friendly manner. PV produces only direct electricity (DC) and has to be converted to alternating current (AC) via inverter since AC loads are commonly used. A PV power system requires no fuel and little or no maintenance. It generates no noise environmental pollution and no electronic emissions. The solar modules have no moving parts, so system reliability is extremely high.
Sunergy Solar recommends that PV System uses the Grid-tied solar system. Main features of this system consist of Photovoltaic Modules and Inverters connected to the grid. During the day, power will be feed into the main grid, thus, it compliments to the main power source. No power will be feed during the night. In the event of power trip, both grid and PV solar power will be cut off automatically. The inverter will automatic ‘wake up’ in the morning and begin exporting power provided there is sufficient solar energy and the good voltage and frequency is in range. For safety reason, if the grid goes out of range the inverter will be immediate disconnected and reconnect a pre-determined time after the grid comes back in range.

Solar Modules is made up of multiple series of Solar cells connected in parallel. Multiple redundant connections to the front and back of each cell help assure module circuit reliability and by using single-crystal silicon cells, the module can produce power in as little as 5% of non sun. Two by-pass diodes are wired into each module to reduce potential power loss from partial shading of a single module within an array.
Solar cells are permanently laminated between special anti-reflective tempered glass and backed by multiple layers of EVA polymer for protection. These materials are bonded together under pressure and heat to form a tough laminate structure. This weather-proof package is then sealed by a neoprene edge-gasket and supported by a rugged light weight aluminium frame.
There is a conduit ready junction box that accepts conduits, cable or wire design for easy field wiring. Built-in bypass diodes help system performance during partial shadowing. Front and back of each cell assure module circuit reliability.
The functional principle of an inverter consists in turning the direct current (DC) generated in photovoltaic modules into the network-conforming AC. Transistor which, as it were, create this by a lighting fast opening and closing of circuits generate the intermediate product for AC and perform the primary effort with the greatest demands on the inverter. The inverter is the heart of the PV system; a highly efficient inverter reduces the losses of power during the conversion therefore improving the reliability of the system.
